Traceability is one of the pillars of SOOKSOOK. The module shows that it allows actions to be linked to an author, a medium, a context, dates, risks, documents and the follow-up given. This logic gives a real memory of the actual work and facilitates rereading, monitoring, future diagnosis, proof of what was done and detection of repetitions or recurrences.
