23. This list represents the minimum of an audit

The list provided does not claim to cover all the subtleties of complex recording, but it sets a minimum base.

This means that if one of these points is not controlled, there is already a significant weakness in the system.

This list is not there to produce a superficial document. It serves to ensure that the fundamentals are actually reviewed.

An audit can go further depending on the nature of the equipment, the criticality of the site, the multiplicity of energies, process interfaces, exceptional work or local requirements. But we must never go below this minimum.
