Course objective

The course explains how to choose the right form, how to fill in the important fields and how to transform an intervention into useful data for maintenance, operation, security and traceability.

• Equipment and supports concerned:work zones, construction sites, inspected equipment, collective protection, permits, authorizations, markings, PPE and dangerous situations.
• Common situations:safety visit, permit check, joint inspection, accident investigation, corrective action monitoring, site compliance check or risk analysis.
• Risks to consider:untreated deviation, dangerous situation, coactivity, non-wearing of PPE, lack of marking, absence of authorization, environmental risk and repeat offense.
