Course objective
This SOOKSOOK course accompanies the user in the technical familyChemical operation troubleshootingfor the jobChemistry operations technician. This is not a simple theoretical reminder: the goal is to learn how to produce a clear, usable field report linked to the right equipment, the right area or the right installation.
The course explains how to choose the right form, how to fill in the important fields and how to transform an intervention into useful data for maintenance, operation, security and traceability.

- Equipment and supports concerned:reagents, samples, measuring devices, glassware, hoods, fume hoods, basins, dosing pumps, sampling points and processing equipment.
- Common situations:sampling, dosage, analysis, pH/conductivity/turbidity control, reagent preparation, waste management, atmosphere measurement or result anomaly.
- Risks to consider:chemical contact, inhalation, incompatible reaction, projection, burning, spillage, pollution, sharp glass and hazardous atmosphere.
