Course objective
This SOOKSOOK course accompanies the user in the technical familyPreventive maintenance field operationsfor the jobExternal operator. This is not a simple theoretical reminder: the goal is to learn how to produce a clear, usable field report linked to the right equipment, the right area or the right installation.
The course explains how to choose the right form, how to fill in the important fields and how to transform an intervention into useful data for maintenance, operation, security and traceability.
Business context covered
- Equipment and supports concerned:production units, valves, process lines, pumps, compressors, control panels, alarms, sampling points and ATEX zones.
- Common situations:round, parameter monitoring, valve operation, start-up, stop, degraded situation, loading/unloading, purging, sampling or passing of instructions.
- Risks to consider:hot or dangerous product, pressure, gas, ATEX, leak, odor, burn, operating error, insufficient communication and environmental impact.
- Expected checks:process parameters, equipment status, alarm, valve position, level, pressure, temperature, field/panel communication and final status.
- Useful measures:pressure, temperature, level, flow, event duration, start/end time, number of alarms and monitoring duration.
Expected result
At the end of the course, the user should be able to complete a report that explains what was found, what was monitored, what was measured, what was done, what remains to be monitored and whether the equipment can be returned to service.
